Pour progresser - Rouler au seuil
Nous avons vu l'importance de rouler en aérobie pour se faire une bonne base de travail. Il faut certainement continuer à rouler en aérobie pour récupérer et ce tout au long de la saison.
Mais ensuite pour progresser, ce sont les efforts ciblés et individualisés au "seuil" qu'il faut.
Le seuil est un niveau d'effort juste au dessus de l'aérobie.
Vous ne parlez plus, vous êtes au niveau d'effort stable mais élevé que vous pouvez néammoins tenir longtemps, tout en souffrant.
Travailler au seuil des séquences de 10 à 30 minutes, c'est excellent pour s'améliorer, c'est la base.
Le seuil correspond à une zone de fréquence cardiaque et une puissance située entre 70 et 85 % de son potentiel.

how they create article headlines to get people
to click. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get readers
